HealthCare Bundle Tier 1

Our PerfectRECORD report will be bundled with our Tier I Healthcare sanction - that will include OIG Exclusion List and SAM Plus Federal Sources (GSA, DEA, FDA, PHS, ORI, TRICARE, and OFAC Data. This check will also check federal agency sources to report disciplinary action information. This report of data is a 7 year search. Our PerfectRECORD report researches all names associated with your candidate via a social security record check, dates of birth also uncovered by a thorough SS# trace over a 10 year period of time. Plus it also checks the National Criminal Records database which includes information from the following sources, Multi-state sex offender database, OFAC, the FBI Terrorist list, Federal PACER search and state/local fugitive lists. Please do note that additional county searches may be required

with the PerfectRECORD report as not all counties and states report data through an online data source and may require a court clerk assisted or court runner process. However, the PerfectRECORD report will notify you after the report has been run if any additional searches are necessary.

HealthCare Bundle Tier 2

This bundle will include our Unlimited Data report. This report is just like the PerfectRECORD report, except it goes beyond a 7 years background search. It will pull information as far back as we possibly can pull regarding the State and Federal guidelines for employment screening. Also like the PerfectRECORD report, additional searches may be required if some states and jurisdictions do not report through an online data source, the Unlimited Data Report will advise you if State or County Searches required to complete the candidates background check. Tier 2 HealthCare Sanctions will include, OIG, Exclusion List & SAM plus Federal Sources (GSA, DEA, FED, PHS, ORI, TRICARE and OFAC-SDN) data. We will also check state board disciplinary actions sources and state abuse lists.
